Summit/Greenfield, the developer of Chappaqua Crossing, is a joint venture partnership of Summit Development and Greenfield Partners. The Summit/Greenfield partnership brings a wealth of experience and expertise in developing high quality real estate developments both regionally and nationally.
Summit Development LLC is a diversified real estate services company that owns, operates, develops, manages and markets a wide range of residential, office, industrial and retail properties throughout the Northeast. Based in South Norwalk, CT, Summit's residential, retail and office projects are located in some of Southern Connecticut's most exclusive communities including Westport, Southport, Weston, Rowayton, Darien, Fairfield and Greenwich.
Many of the company's projects have received awards from the American Institute of Architects, the American Society of Landscape Architects, the Society of American Registered Architects as well as from local communities including Westport, Southport and Darien.
Greenfield Partners LLC is a private company dedicated to excellence in real estate investing. Greenfield Partners specializes in acquisitions, development, asset management, finance, law, investor relations and architecture. The Principals of the company have an average of 20 years of industry experience and have participated in several billion dollars worth of real estate and related investments through their respective careers. Greenfield Partners is based in South Norwalk with offices in Chicago.
